Items may be returned that are in new and unused condition within 30 days of shipping. Sales of personalized items that we monogram are final, no returns allowed.
Returns received after the 30-day limit will be issued a store credit only, or returned to the sender at our discretion. Return shipping will be charged to sender's account.
For exchanges, return shipping will be charged to your account.
Address corrections for incomplete or incorrect information will be assessed a charge of $6.00 for ground shipping, and $12.00 for air shipping.
Sale prices do not apply to previous purchases. No adjustments to prior purchases.
